Ryan S. Lett
- Managing Associate
Ryan primarily represents clients in complex commercial and contract disputes, including supply-chain agreements and contracts for the sale of goods. Prior to practicing law, Ryan was a financial analyst at a then-major airline where he forecasted cash receipts and expenses, analyzed the risk and likely profitability of potential capital investments, and played a key role in winding up and liquidating the airline after it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Ryan regularly leverages the experience he gained as an analyst to identify non-legal risks faced by his clients and to resolve disputes involving financially distressed entities.
- Represented OEM in dispute with a company that provided storage and logistics services, which posed an imminent threat of disrupting the OEM’s supply chain. This dispute was successfully resolved outside of litigation in a way that minimized the OEM’s costs, yet prevented any disruption to its supply chain or production output.
